Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor registrations must be received by noon Monday April 2ndThis year booths are centered around ACTION: “What can I do to help the environment?” Exhibitors will be grouped into the following categories to help attendees find resources needed to become engaged members of the Lincoln community:
- Riding Green = Transportation
- Thinking Green = Activism
- Being Green = Everyday home & business actions
- Growing Green = Gardening
- Living Green = Outdoor activities
- Making Green = Arts & Crafts
We recognize the fact that many organizations and businesses have numerous resources, therefore, we are asking that exhibitors to focus their materials on information that attendees can use to make a proactive change in their lives and their community. Materials and activities exhibited at your booth should focus around one of the above concepts.
Activities: We encourage exhibitors to use booth space to host mini-demos or informational lectures for sustainable living. These activities however, must be contained within your booth space. An area of 10’ x 10’ is provided for each booth, if more space is needed; fill out an activity application for green space usage.
Guidelines: There are no sales of prepared food and or food preparation on site for booth exhibitors. Only pre-qualified vendors may sell during this event (if you are interested in registering as a food vendor, please register here). Free food samples are permitted, however, please remember that this is a zero-waste event.
All exhibitors are responsible for materials, set up and clean up after the event. Exhibitors will be provided with an 8-foot table, no chairs will be provided. Booths are located outside so please plan accordingly.
Sales: Please note that 2% of nonprofit sales and 12% of business sales will need to be paid to Lincoln Parks and Recreation within ten days after the event.
Weather Contingency Plan: In the case of inclement weather, exhibitors will be notified with the alternate staging plan.
Zero-Waste Event: Please consider this when deciding what to give away or sell. Keep it green and clean! Recycling barrels will be placed around the event.
Requests: We will do our best to accommodate any specific requests.
Refunds: Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued.
Right to Refuse: Our purpose is to highlight businesses that employ sustainable practices or have a "green" product or service to promote. Organizers have the right to refuse any business registration
