Vendor registrations have been closed for Lincoln Earth Day 2012Thank you for participating in Lincoln Earth Day 2012!
Dear Lincoln Earth Day Farmer’s Market Participant:
The Lincoln Earth Day Festival is Sunday, April 22 from 12:00pm-5:00pm at Antelope Park! In the case of inclement weather, please check our website.
Check-In & Set Up:
Check- in and set up will take place between 10:30am-11:45am on the west side of the Auld Pavilion. All participants must be set up by 12:00pm.
Event Logistics:
You may use the parking lots at Antelope Park to unload materials. Please keep in mind that parking is limited at Earth Day. All booth participants must move their vehicles immediately after unloading. This will allow other participants and attendees to utilize the parking lot.
Be advised that there is no natural shade in the Earth Day booth area. It is recommended that all booth participants bring an umbrella, canopy and/or sunscreen.
Payment:
If you have not paid for your booth, please submit your check promptly. Checks are to be made payable to WasteCap Nebraska with Lincoln Earth Day in the memo area. Mail your check payment to:

- Map & Layout (you will be notified of your exact booth location at check-in)
- Farmer’s Market Vendor Agreement (To be submitted during check in at Earth Day. Vendors who have not completed the agreement will not be able to sell items at the event.)
